Can you help design the lighting scheme?
Yes. We plan fitting positions, switching, colour temperature and control around how each room is used, then provide a clear proposal before work starts.
Can new lighting be installed without damaging period details?
Often, yes. We survey cable routes carefully and use existing voids wherever possible to minimise disruption to plasterwork, cornices and original finishes.
Do you install smart lighting controls?
Yes. We install dimming, scene controls, presence sensors and app-controlled systems, with straightforward manual operation retained where appropriate.
Is the electrical work certified?
Yes. New circuits and alterations are tested, documented and certified on completion in line with BS 7671.
