Air source heat pump installers covering the Thames Valley & Home Counties
Air source heat pumps with the supply, controls and emitters considered as one system.

A heat pump only performs if the flow temperature is low, which means emitters and controls matter as much as the unit. We carry out a room-by-room heat loss calculation and tell you plainly where the building needs work first.
What's included
- Room-by-room heat loss survey before specification
- Air source units from 5 kW to 16 kW
- Supply upgrade and dedicated circuit where required
- Weather compensation controls set up on handover
- Boiler Upgrade Scheme paperwork submitted for you

Common questions
- Will a heat pump work with my radiators?
- Often yes, but some radiators need upsizing. We run a full heat loss calculation room by room rather than guessing.
- How efficient are they in winter?
- A well-designed system runs at a seasonal efficiency of around 350 to 400 percent, meaning roughly 3.5 to 4 kW of heat per kW of electricity.
- Is there a grant available?
- The Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant applies to most homes. We handle the application as an MCS-certified installer.
- How much space is needed?
- An outdoor unit against an external wall plus room for a hot water cylinder, typically in an airing cupboard or utility.
